Welcome to Honey Hill…
Our lifestyle changed when we
moved into our home in
Monterey, MA. The land had
been ravaged by a tornado in
1995. Subsequently, we thought
to renew and restore the land
through animal management.
This was an interest we had not
pursued in the past due to living
in the center of Philadelphia.
Llamas were our solution. With
much research we found these low
impact, highly efficient animals
which are multi-functional. We are
still finding uses for our llamas. Our
farm is primarily a breeding and
fiber farm. We love showing our
llamas but limit ourselves to a couple
of nearby shows a year. One year I
did go to Nationals with our main
herdsire, Somerset.
We also visit many local facilities to
educate people and share our
knowledge about llamas. Some of
the best and most rewarding times
are spent with new owners and
enthusiasts alike. Overall the most
satisfying times are those spent
amongst the llama herd.
Enjoy llamas!!
